I’m a full-time science teacher, currently teaching AP Biology and general biology to Grade 10–12. I studied Biochemistry at the University of Hong Kong and moved into teaching 6 years ago. I work a lot with students from ESF and HKIS on unit tests, lab write-ups and essay-style FRQs, especially genetics, cell signalling, ecology and evolution topics. I usually set short, targeted homework between lessons so we can track progress calmly over the year.

I’m a biology tutor, working mainly with students taking AP Biology alongside IGCSE or DSE science. My degree is in Molecular Biology and I’ve spent time in research labs before shifting to tutoring full-time. I particularly enjoy units on gene regulation, evolution and human physiology, and I’m happy to help with labs, IA-style projects and review sheets. Many of my students meet me online after school so they can go through past papers at a relaxed pace.

I’m a final-year medical student at CUHK and tutor AP Biology and Chemistry around my hospital placements. Most of my students are aiming for life-science or pre-med routes in the US. I like to link topics such as enzymes, metabolism and acid–base balance to real clinical examples so that the content sticks when they sit their AP exams in May and June. I keep shared folders of notes and question sets so families can see exactly what we’ve covered across the term.
